Frequently asked questions

How do I make a circle picture with a transparent background?

Choose Circle and keep Save as on PNG (transparent). The area outside the circle is fully transparent, ready for websites, slides and profile pictures.

What does the corner radius percentage mean?

It is a share of the image's shorter side: 10% gives soft corners, 50% gives a pill shape on a rectangle.

Can I round many images with the same settings?

Yes. Drop a batch and every image gets the same shape, radius and border; download them all as a ZIP.

Why not save as JPG?

JPG cannot store transparency, so the corners are filled with the background color you choose. Use PNG or WebP to keep them see-through.

Does it reduce image quality?

No. The output keeps the original pixel size (up to 8000 px on the longest side) and only the corners are cut.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Everything happens in your browser; your images never leave your device.
