Real-ESRGAN General x4v3 (realesr-general-x4v3, SRVGGNetCompact) — ONNX

realesr-general-x4v3.onnx in this directory holds the realesr-general-x4v3
weights released with Real-ESRGAN by Xintao Wang et al.
(https://github.com/xinntao/Real-ESRGAN, release v0.2.5.0), BSD 3-Clause License.

The ONNX graph is the "float" export from Qualcomm AI Hub Models
(https://huggingface.co/qualcomm/Real-ESRGAN-General-x4v3, v0.63.0,
real_esrgan_general_x4v3-onnx-float.zip; model card licence: BSD-3-Clause,
pointing to the original Real-ESRGAN licence). GrabCast changed only packaging:
the input/output height and width were made dynamic (the graph is Conv, PRelu,
DepthToSpace, nearest Resize and Add, so it runs at any size), the external
weight file was merged into the .onnx, and a doc string was added. The weights
are unchanged. SHA-256 of this file:

Used by the AI Image Upscaler ("Fast" model), which runs it in the visitor's
browser with onnxruntime-web (MIT).
