Social Media Analytics Dashboard: all your platforms' exports in one private view
Drop the analytics files that YouTube Studio, TikTok Studio, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn and X let you export, and get one dashboard: totals with period-over-period change, a trend chart, top posts, engagement rates, the best day and time to post and a side-by-side platform comparison. No login, no API connection, no scraping — the files are read in your browser and stay on your device.
Free · No sign-upHow to use Social Media Analytics Dashboard
- 1. Download your analytics exports: YouTube Studio → Analytics → Advanced mode → Export CSV; TikTok Studio → Analytics → Download data; Meta Business Suite → Insights → Content → Export data; LinkedIn Analytics → Export; X Analytics → Export data.
- 2. Drop the CSV or XLSX files on the page (several at once is fine). The platform is detected from the column names; for any other file you map the date and number columns yourself.
- 3. Pick the period and the platforms. Read the KPI cards (with the change against the previous period), the chart, the platform comparison, your top posts and the best day and time to post.
- 4. Download the dashboard as a PNG, the merged data as CSV, or print it / save it as a PDF. Your data stays on this device until you click Clear data.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to connect or log in to my accounts?
No. There are no logins, API connections or scraping. You download the analytics export that each platform offers in its own dashboard (YouTube Studio, TikTok Studio, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, X) and drop the file here. The numbers are exactly what the platform gave you.
Are my analytics uploaded anywhere?
No. The files are read inside your browser and the merged data is kept in your browser's storage (IndexedDB) on this device only, so it is still there after a reload. Clear data deletes it. Only the spreadsheet reader for XLSX files and the PNG renderer are downloaded from a public CDN the first time you use them.
Which export files work?
YouTube Studio Advanced mode CSV (Table data and Chart data), TikTok Studio Overview, Content and Followers exports (CSV or XLSX), Meta Business Suite content exports for Instagram and Facebook, LinkedIn page and creator analytics XLSX, and X analytics CSV (including the older Tweet activity export). Localized exports in German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian are recognized for the common columns. Any other CSV or XLSX with a date and numbers works through the column mapper.
How is the engagement rate calculated?
Interactions (likes or reactions + comments + shares or reposts + saves or bookmarks) divided by views, times 100. LinkedIn and X report impressions instead of views, so impressions are used there. Totals across platforms are weighted by views. Platforms quote other versions, such as per reach or per follower, so your native dashboards may show different percentages.
Why don't the numbers match the platform's own dashboard exactly?
Each platform defines views, reach and engagement differently, post numbers in an export are lifetime totals at the moment you exported them, and exports cover the period you picked there. The dashboard uses daily account totals when a file has them and otherwise adds up posts by publish date, and never counts both, so the totals can differ slightly from a platform's summary card.
How does it find the best time to post?
It averages the engagement rate of the posts you published in each weekday and 3-hour slot, using the publish times in your exports. It needs per-post exports with times (TikTok, Meta and LinkedIn have them; YouTube and X content exports have dates only). With only a few posts the result is a hint, not a rule — use it to plan tests in the scheduler.
