GrabCast respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. GrabCast is a tool provider; we do not host, store long-term, or index the content that users choose to process.

Notice and takedown

If you believe that content processed through our Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to [email protected] including:

• Your contact information;
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• The specific URL or material at issue;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Important

Because most tools run locally in your browser and downloaded files are deleted automatically, GrabCast generally does not retain the content in question. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to download or process any content.
