Welcome to GrabCast ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website and tools (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

GrabCast provides free online utilities such as file converters, image and PDF tools, a background remover, a text-to-speech tool, a video downloader and more. Most tools run entirely in your browser; some features (such as the video downloader and audio transcription) are processed on our servers.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. In particular, when using the video downloader you agree to:

• Only download content that you own, that is in the public domain, that is licensed for such use, or that you otherwise have permission to download;
• Comply with the terms of service of the source platform (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and with applicable copyright law in your country;
• Not use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights or to distribute unlawful content.

You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded or processed content. We do not host or store the content you process except temporarily to deliver it back to you, and downloaded files are deleted automatically after a short period.

3. Accounts

Some features require a free account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits.

4. Free and paid plans

The Service offers a free tier with usage limits and may offer paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any tool will be available, error-free, or produce a particular result.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrabCast is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any misuse of downloaded content.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
